Matthew Lotano grew up the son of a builder spending a lot of his childhood on job sites. There is no aspect of the building process that he has not become proficient in, including marine construction. He has assisted in all aspects of the construction trade learning from the best, his father. After graduating from Wagner College with a degree in business, it was a natural evolution to start his own construction company. In the past nine years his projects have ranged from renovations, new construction, historical remodels and restoration to million dollar medical complexes. Each project has brought a new level of expertise to his already accomplished skill set. His goal has always been providing the highest quality work while staying on budget and meeting his clients’ needs. Matthew believes that there is no greater satisfaction than knowing that the job you have done is exactly what the client envisioned.
